Women will meet to engage in fun and relaxing health and wellness activities for a weekend in Reunion, FL. Here, they will learn ways to improve their overall health and fitness levels while being pampered and catered to by on-site masseuses, a personal chef, and much more. A keynote speaker will discuss pressing health-related issues that challenge working women today and will provide ways to improve our overall lifestyle and well-being.
